In a major step towards boosting digital transformation in the Saudi healthcare sector, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between solutions by stc and Sultan bin Abdulaziz Humanitarian City (SBAHC) to leverage cutting edge digital technologies and exchange expertise to strengthen Kingdom-wide healthcare-based collaboration in a bid to offer efficient and effective healthcare services in line with Saudi Vision 2030.

 

As the Kingdom’s leading enabler of digital transformation, solutions by stc aims to expand its footprint to serve the digital infrastructure that powers businesses to accelerate their digitalization drive. On the other hand, SBAHC is a leading name in advanced surgeries, medical rehabilitation, and scientific research, as well as an early adopter and integrator of digital transformation in healthcare services. The partnership is expected to unlock new horizons of collaboration in improving the delivery of and access to healthcare services, besides enhancing research, innovation, and sustainability in the healthcare sector’s ITC infrastructure.

 

On their part, Eng. Thamir Alhammad, Chief Business Diversification Officer at solutions by stc, and Mr. Abduallah Bin Zarah, CEO at SBAHC, stressed on the significance of such partnerships in enhancing and promoting innovation in the Kingdom’s fast-evolving healthcare sector.
