As part of its continuous efforts to improve the work environment and create a unique corporate culture, solutions by stc won the ‘Outstanding Work Environment’ Award in the Large and Giant Enterprises track at the second edition of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) Labor Awards ceremony on Wednesday.

His Excellency Eng. Ahmad bin Sulaiman Alrajhi, Minister of HRSD, presented the ‘Outstanding Work Environment’ award to Eng. Muataz Aldharrab, solutions by stc Chief of Strategy.

solutions by stc has won many international and local awards for commitment to the ideal and safe work environment standards for employees by relying on the latest digital solutions to transform employee services into digital platforms that increase work environment productivity and efficiency, in addition to empowering women and providing them with an appropriate work environment, among others.

The award reflects the continued excellence of solutions by stc work environment. solutions by stc is keen to create a distinct work environment that stimulates creativity and innovation, in line with its leadership in the Kingdom’s communications and information technology sector. This second edition Labor Award continues solutions by stc previous success in the first edition, having won the Best Work Environment for Women award in 2021, in addition to many work environment awards from other organizations.

Under its strategy and human capital management, solutions by stc has provided many work environment benefits to empower employees, including improved facilities and deployment of digital capabilities to provide task completion and work facilitation services, which is reflected in less time and effort, and adoption of remote work policy, in addition many educational products and training programs for employees.

The Labor Award is an initiative of HRSD to honor the efforts of Saudi Arabia entities and to motivate them to enhance compliance with the ideal work environment standards, thus raising the level of competitiveness and encouraging the workforce to work for them. More than 10,000 entities were competing for 24 prizes in three main tracks: the “Saudization Track”, the “Work Environment Track”, and the “Skills and Training Track”.
