The new identity builds on a legacy spanning nearly five decades under Giza Systems, a leading systems integrator founded in 1974. solutions by stc, the group’s technology arm, plays a central role in this transformation, with pulse by solutions operating under its umbrella as a key enabler of advanced systems integration following its acquisition at an enterprise value of USD 158 million in 2022. This brand transformation reflects the unification of operational capabilities and the acceleration of growth and client services across the stc ecosystem.
