As part of stc Group’s ongoing commitment to supporting digital transformation across vital sectors in the Kingdom, solutions by stc has signed a managed services agreement with the National Water Company valued at SAR 519 million over a five-year period. The agreement aims to enhance digital operational efficiency and strengthen operational performance in line with the highest global standards.
Under this agreement, solutions by stc will deliver and manage comprehensive and efficient IT services, covering infrastructure, applications, and end-user support, while ensuring high levels of security and compliance. The company will also take full responsibility for overseeing the IT environment, managing operational processes, monitoring performance, and ensuring business continuity—contributing to an improved user experience and aligning operations with the sector’s digital transformation objectives.
The agreement will be implemented in collaboration with solutions by stc’s subsidiaries, including Giza Systems, specialized in application development and technology solutions, and upsource by solutions, specialized in business process outsourcing. This integrated ecosystem reflects solutions by stc’s commitment to empowering both the public and private sectors through innovative, highly integrated solutions.
The agreement ultimately aims to enhance the efficiency of public services and improve quality of life, in alignment with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
