The company recorded SAR 6.243 billion in revenue, compared to SAR 5.725 billion during the same period last year, representing a %9.05 year-on-year increase. EBITDA SAR 1.089 billion, up from SAR 969 million, reflecting a %12.38 increase, while net profit stood at SAR 824 million, underscoring the company’s strong operational performance, ability to deliver sustainable growth, and commitment to creating long-term value for its shareholders.

During 2026, solutions by stc continued to advance a number of strategic initiatives and agreements that support its growth journey and strengthen its presence across key sectors. In the first quarter, the company signed a SAR 1.4 billion strategic agreement with Saudi Aramco in the field of high-performance computing, contributing to the advancement of digital infrastructure and AI capabilities. It also signed a SAR 519 million strategic agreement with the National Water Company, further expanding its project portfolio and reinforcing its role as a provider of integrated digital solutions.
The company also continues to execute its strategic plans to accelerate business growth, including the Board of Directors’ recommendation to increase the company’s capital by %100.
